Order errors
You are able to correct errors regarding your order up to the point where you click on 'order', the last page of our ordering process.

After receipt of payment, your order will be cut to size, the dimensions cannot be changed at this time.

Recognition and acceptance of your order
If you have entered your e-mail address, we will keep you informed by e-mail. We will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the ordered product(s).

Delays
Occasionally, the manufacturing of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons, such as import delays or higher than expected demand. We will of course do everything we can to keep you informed about this.

Right of withdrawal
In the context of online sales, you retain the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the respective amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

In some cases you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal: this is the case when ordering custom-made goods.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@golfsimulatorathome.be. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return.

Complaints
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within 1 month after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the dispute can be reported via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr)
